Our average delivery time is between 5 to 45 business days after the product has been dispatched.

Your order will be shipped shortly after Payment Confirmation and subsequent Logistic Processing.

Payment Confirmation:

After purchase, payment confirmation may take between 1 to 3 business days to be completed, depending on the rules of the payment gateway and credit card issuers.

Logistic Processing:

You will receive your tracking code via email and the contact information provided at the time of purchase. The tracking code will be sent within up to 8 business days after payment confirmation.

It is important to always check the products upon delivery and refuse receipt if the packaging is not in proper condition or shows signs of damage. In such cases, please notify our Customer Service immediately.

Failed Delivery

The Store commits to making up to three consecutive delivery attempts within 48 hours of the last attempt. If the courier is not answered or the address is incorrect, the order will be returned to our Distribution Center and resent. The reshipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
